An order is confirmed only once we’ve confirmed availability and any required payment or deposit has been received.
Notice & dates

The longest notice in your order applies to the whole order. Notice is counted in calendar days. Orders placed after 6:00 pm (Toronto time) count as the next day. Some dates may be unavailable. Orders are always subject to availability.
Pickup & delivery

Minimums and the free-delivery threshold are based on the item total, before the delivery fee. The delivery fee is shown in your order summary and included in your total. The pickup location is sent after confirmation. Local delivery is available by postal code, subject to availability. Delivery orders are paid in full by e-Transfer before delivery.

The $100 deposit threshold is based on the item total, before the delivery fee. If the required payment or deposit isn’t received within 24 hours of confirmation, the order may be released.
Changes & cancellations
Changes can be requested up to 48 hours before pickup or delivery, subject to availability. Orders cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery receive a full refund of any payment or deposit. For cancellations within 48 hours, payments and deposits may be non-refundable because ingredients and preparation may already be committed. Same-day cancellations and missed pickups are non-refundable.
